JCI Contractors
A film about the part of construction nobody films: the planning that happens before the first shovel.
JCI Contractors
JCI has built K-12, higher-ed, healthcare and government work out of Moultrie since 1989. This is the film about what happens before any of it: preconstruction around the table, the people who plan it, and the groundbreaking that follows.
JCI Contractors has built K-12 schools, higher-ed, healthcare, and government work out of Moultrie, Georgia since 1989. Almost every construction video ever made shows the finished building. The people who actually pick a general contractor never see the thing they are really buying, which is what happens around the table before any of it exists.
So that is the film. Preconstruction meetings as they actually run, the people who plan the job, and the groundbreaking that follows. Real staff, no actors, no narrator. The company speaks for itself.
This is ongoing work, not a one-off. Two more JCI pieces on this site came out of the same relationship: the Lake Park demolition cut vertical for their feed, and the self-perform crews film shaped for trades recruiting. A planned calendar is why the coverage exists when something worth filming happens.

Project facts
Lake Park Demolition
The day the old building came down, cut vertical for the client's feed. Demolition is a one-take event: miss the wall coming down and it is gone.
Self-Perform Crews
Crews working an active site, cut vertical for hiring. Trades recruiting happens on a phone, so the deliverable is shaped for a phone.
Mission Metals
Owner-led brand piece for a roofing and metals company. Two people on camera, no narrator, cut to work for hiring and for sales at the same time. Shot on a freelance assignment for another production company.
