Self-Perform Crews
Crews working an active site, shaped for the place trades recruiting actually happens: a phone.
Self-Perform Crews
Crews working an active site, cut vertical for hiring. Trades recruiting happens on a phone, so the deliverable is shaped for a phone.
General contractors that self-perform have a story subcontractor-reliant competitors cannot tell: their own crews, on their own sites, doing the work with their own hands. This film puts those crews on screen for the audience JCI most needs to reach, which is the next generation of tradespeople deciding where to work.
Like the Lake Park piece, it is vertical because hiring happens on phones. A recruiting film nobody sees in their feed is a film that does not exist.

Project facts
JCI Contractors
JCI has built K-12, higher-ed, healthcare and government work out of Moultrie since 1989. This is the film about what happens before any of it: preconstruction around the table, the people who plan it, and the groundbreaking that follows.
Lake Park Demolition
The day the old building came down, cut vertical for the client's feed. Demolition is a one-take event: miss the wall coming down and it is gone.
Mission Metals
Owner-led brand piece for a roofing and metals company. Two people on camera, no narrator, cut to work for hiring and for sales at the same time. Shot on a freelance assignment for another production company.
